Advertisers & Bulletin Board
The
charge for a business card size advertisement in four consecutive issues of the
VWWHOA Quarterly Newsletter is $125.
The charge includes a one-year Membership in
the Association and the advertisement being displayed for one year on this page
of the Association’s website.
The Advertising year begins with the October
issue which is mailed to all 1100-plus single family homes within the VWWHOA
boundary. It will also be published in the other three quarterly issues which
are mailed to the 230-plus Membership Addresses.
Current Advertisers will be billed in August
for $125 with payment due by September 15th. The Ad will be cancelled if payment has not been
received by press time for the October issue of the Newsletter. Partial year advertisers will be billed $25
for each issue of the Newsletter where it appears.
The VWWHOA Board of Directors,
at its sole discretion, will determine the appropriateness of all
Advertisements submitted for printing in the Newsletter and for appearing on
this page.
This Bulletin Board is for the
exclusive use of paid Advertisers and the people who normally live at a
Membership Address within the VWWHOA boundary.
All Items Including
Advertisements appearing on the Bulletin Board will be approved and posted by
the VWWHOA Web Site Manager under direction of the VWWHOA Board of Directors.
The VWWHOA Board of Directors, at its sole discretion, will determine the
appropriateness of all items proposed for posting. The VWWHOA Web Site Manager
will also determine when an item is to be removed.
Items generally considered
appropriate for posting include the following: Announcements, Engagements,
Weddings, Graduations, Awards, Children's Birthdays, Accomplishments, and
Neighborhood news. Put your news on the World Wide Web.
Small ads for services and
businesses aimed at members of the VWWHOA such as babysitting, house sitting,
handyman, etc. may also be accepted for posting providing they meet the other
criteria.
Items should be limited to 50
words. Graphics are encouraged however large photographs may take too long to
download to be practical. Digital images (.jpg) may be submitted as an email
attachment.
