Verdugo Woodlands West Homeowner's Association, Inc.

Glendale, California

Verdugo Woodlands West is a beautiful residential area in north-eastern Glendale. It encompasses the area west of Verdugo Road, south of Oakmont Country Club, and north of Verdugo Park. It is nestled in a lush valley between the Verdugo Mountains on the west and the San Rafael Hills to the east. The Woodlands is named for and filled with a wonderful combination of trees including California Live Oak, Evergreen, Jacaranda, Sycamore, and Palm. It has a rich Spanish, Mexican and American history dating from 1784. The oldest existing structure, the Catalina Verdugo Adobe, was constructed around 1860.

The homeowners of the Verdugo Woodlands are proud of their neighborhood and they have created this Homeowners Association to help keep the Woodlands a wonderful place to live, to raise children and to call home.
