ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP 
Memberships in the Association are
associated with the street address of a single-family residence (Membership
Address) for which the current dues have been paid. All people normally living at a Membership
Address are Members of the Association.
The Association will further accept
requests for Membership in the Association from anyone who supports the
Association’s
The Association represents the Membership
Addresses within the Association's Boundary and not the individual Members. The
Association may accept a Membership Address from outside the Association's
Boundary but is not obligated to represent that Membership Address.
Other than Advertisers in the Association
Newsletter, the Association does not accept Memberships for multi-family
buildings, businesses or other non-residential properties.

ASSOCIATION DUES
New Memberships joining in
October, November or December will be charged a fee of $30. Five dollars will
cover the remainder of the current year and remaining $25 will cover all of the
following year.
In the second year after joining, the new
Membership will be randomly assigned to one of the Association’s quarterly
billing periods and the subsequent annual dues will be $25. The assigned
billing period will probably not be related to the month the Membership joined
the Association.
Dues notices are mailed in
January, April, July and October and the intent is to send dues notices to
approximately one quarter of the Membership in each period. Memberships that do
not respond to the first dues request will be sent a second request 3 months
later. Memberships that do not respond to the second request will be removed
from the list of active Memberships at the end of the first quarter of the
following year.
